Because of the nature of our products, we have the following returns guidelines.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
Depending on the situation, we may offer store credit or exchange at our discretion.
To be eligible, items must:
- be unworn
- be in original packaging
- show no signs of use or damage
Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Custom & Personalised Pieces
Any customised, engraved or personalised jewellery is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Sale Items
Items purchased during sales or with discount codes may be final sale.
If a return is approved, it will be issued as store credit only.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
We pride ourselves on quality and will always make things right if we’ve made a mistake.
If you believe your item has a manufacturing fault or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
If confirmed, we will organise a replacement, repair or store credit.
What Is Not Considered Faulty
The following are not considered faults:
- natural variations in crystals
- general wear and tear
- damage caused by impact, water, or improper care
- stretching or pulling of chains
- lost items
How to Request a Return
Please fill out our returns form below with:
- your order number
- the item you wish to return
- the reason for the request
We will guide you through the next steps.
Returns sent back without approval may not be accepted.
