As many of our pieces use natural crystals, pearls and shells - slight variations in colour, size and appearance may occur. Each piece is unique and this is part of its beauty.

All prices are listed in AUD and are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies, including after an order has been placed. If this happens, we will contact you to arrange a solution or refund.

Orders

Once an order is placed, we are generally unable to cancel or make changes.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect fraud, unauthorised activity, or breach of these terms.

Shipping & Delivery

Dispatch and delivery estimates are provided on our Shipping & Handling page.

Once your parcel has been shipped, delivery timeframes are the responsibility of the postal carrier.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels once marked as delivered.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Customised or personalised items are final sale.

Shipping fees are non refundable.

Promotions & Discount Codes

Discount codes may have expiry dates, minimum spend requirements or exclusions.
