Dispatch & Delivery

Every Angelic Drip piece is prepared with intention and care ✨

Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched. Many of our pieces are made or assembled in small batches to maintain the high quality you expect.

Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Delivery timeframes depend on Australia Post and your location and are outside of our control once your parcel leaves us.

Packaging Promise

Angelic Drip is proudly 100% plastic free.

Your jewellery will arrive in a reusable compostable mailer and be thoughtfully presented in a velvet pouch.

Our oracle style description cards are included with crystal, shell & pearl jewellery pieces only.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

We are not responsible for parcels once they have been marked as delivered.

If your item arrives damaged due to transit, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can help make it right.

Sale & Launch Periods

During new releases, promotions and sale periods we may receive a high volume of orders.

Please allow up to 10–14 business days for dispatch.

During these times:

  • Orders cannot be changed, cancelled, or combined
  • Discount codes may be disabled unless stated otherwise
  • Fast Track packing may be unavailable

If an item becomes unavailable, we will contact you to organise an alternative or a refund.

Fast Track Packaging

Need your order packed ASAP?

You can add our Fast Track Option to cart to move your parcel to the front of our dispatch queue.

Please note: this does not upgrade the shipping speed once it has left us.

Returns & Exchanges

For hygiene and energetic reasons, we generally do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Depending on the situation, we may offer store credit or exchange.

Items must:

  • be unworn
  • be in original packaging
  • show no signs of use

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping fees from the original order are non refundable.

Custom or personalised pieces are final sale.

Faulty Items

We pride ourselves on high standards and want you to love your piece.

If you believe your jewellery has a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 30 days of receiving it and include photos.

This warranty does not cover:

  • lost items
  • general wear and tear
  • damage caused by not following care guidance
  • stretching or pulling of chains due to misuse

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your postal details at checkout.

We cannot be responsible for parcels sent to incorrectly entered addresses.

Discount Codes

All discount codes come with their own terms (expiry dates, minimum spends, etc.).

Only one code can be used per order unless stated otherwise.
